Ankle & Foot:  

Ankles and feet suffer the most amount of daily stresses than any other part of the body.  Every step we take creates pressures between four to seven times our body weight on our feet.  An average person puts about sixty tons of pressure on each foot by walking a mile. Yet our ankle and feet tolerate these punishments without much complaint.  It then behooves us to care for our feet and keep them happy.  But they are the least care for part of our body. often we wear terrible shoes, run, jump, and twist them without the slightest understanding of what we are doing to them.  Ankles and feet however are very forgiving and will tolerate much.  But when they are hurt, we appreciate their importance.
